    Product Description

    The Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1(B) is a KD8 Series modular door station designed to combine video intercom functionality with access control. This model features a 2 MP fisheye camera with additional infrared (IR) illumination, improving visibility in low-light conditions. The wide field of view, with a horizontal angle of 146° and a vertical angle of 82°, provides wide coverage of the area in front of the door.

    The door station runs on an embedded Linux operating system and features 32 MB ROM and 256 MB RAM, powered by an embedded processor. This configuration underlines its ability to meet the requirements of modern security and communication systems. The video compression standard used is H.264, which is effective in reducing file size and maintaining video quality.

    For audio, the DS-KD8003-IME1(B) features a built-in omnidirectional microphone and speaker. The audio compression standards are G.711 U and G.711 A, with a bit rate of 64 Kbps. It also includes noise reduction and echo cancellation features, ensuring clear audio communication.
    The device has a user capacity of 2000 and supports up to 6000 cards, making it suitable for environments with a large number of users. It can be linked to 500 indoor stations and supports up to 16 sub-door stations.
    The DS-KD8003-IME1(B) is designed for both flush and surface mounting and offers installation flexibility. It has an IP65 protection level, ensuring durability in outdoor environments.
