Exchanges and returns

Of course, it can always happen that something is or becomes defective. In that case, the product can be returned to us if it is within the warranty period. A defect in a product caused by improper use or installation is excluded from the warranty. This is at the discretion of our technical department. Please fill out the form below, the RMA number is your order number. The return within 14 days is free of charge. Please take into account a repair time of at least 10 working days.
If the product is not defective after inspection, we will charge a minimum of 35,- euro for examination costs

Reolink:
Dear customer, please note that Reolink cameras must be repaired before they can be returned, we cannot do this for you.
If you do not reset the camera we cannot issue a credit and will have to return the camera.

Retraction rights:

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving reasons for at least 14 days. This period starts the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.

During this period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product to us with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the return or withdrawal.
