    This Full-colour HD-CVI camera features white LED backlighting. This LED turns on as soon as the amount of light at the camera falls below 3 lux. Via the OSD menu in the camera, this LED illumination can be switched off or the sensitivity of the light sensor can be adjusted.

    Full-colour Starlight cameras are the latest type of starlight cameras from Dahua. These cameras are equipped with a 1/2.8" Sony Starvis CMOS and an extra large aperture up to max F1.0. This combination produces colour images as low as 0.001lux. As a result, this camera performs excellently in low-light situations. In addition, this camera distinguishes itself from other low-light cameras by maintaining optimal colours in low-light situations. Dahua Full-colour Starlight cameras therefore also do not feature built-in IR illumination.

    The HFW2249E-A-LED is equipped with built-in white LED illumination, which allows the camera to display a colourful and vivid image even in total darkness.
