Do you want superfast delivery? Ordered Monday to Friday before 11 am, delivered in the evening.
If you want your parcel delivered super fast, select our SameDayDelivery service. If you order before 11am on weekdays and all products are in stock at the time of ordering, you will receive your parcel the same evening. This is usually between 4.30pm and 10pm. Due to crowds or other external factors, the promised date or time may not be met. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Monday evening. This service is not available if you live on one of the Wadden Islands or outside the Netherlands.
Do you want fast delivery?
The second option is delivery via DHL. With DHL deliveries, if you order before 5pm on working days, your parcel will be dispatched the same day. You will then usually have the parcel the next day. Due to busy times or other external factors, the promised delivery date may not be met. Would you like delivery via PostNL? Please indicate this in the comment field.
I would like to pick up the parcel in the shop, is that possible?
Yes! Our shop is located: Edisonweg 12 in Gorinchem. You are more than welcome to pick up your order from us. When you place an order, you can choose "pick up in showroom" at delivery. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready.
How much shipping costs should I pay?
For Netherlands : shipping costs are 6.99 euros. If the order is over 99 euros, we will pay the shipping costs.
For Belgium and Germany : the shipping costs are 9.99 euros. If the order is over 99 euros, we will pay the shipping costs.
For other countries : The shipping costs depend on the country, to which the order has to be sent. This is visible, after you have entered the address at checkout.
My parcel has not been delivered, what now?
Once we have handed over your parcel to our delivery services, the delivery services are responsible and will make every effort to deliver every parcel on time. Unfortunately, it may happen that due to busy times or external factors a parcel is delivered later. You can use the track and trace system to see where the parcel is. If you have any questions about the delivery, it is best to contact the delivery service you chose. If that fails, please contact us.
