Hikvision has launched its latest network cameras with ColorVu 3.0 technology from the new generation of EasyIP 4.0 Plus. The new network cameras with ColorVu 3.0 offer enhanced image quality, more intelligent features, better audio capabilities and improved product design and materials.
The new cameras include major upgrades in four main areas, each designed to improve the
user experience and security performance. For example, the new network cameras feature ColorVu 3.0, which integrates Hikvision's advanced AI image processing capabilities, HikAI-ISP. This provides AI noise reduction and dynamic motion trace reduction, which significantly improves the clarity of dynamic images and static details. As a result, users can count on much better image quality even under challenging lighting conditions.
This is possible thanks to HikAI-ISP's ability to use huge amounts of data for deep learning training. The number of automatically acquired parameters exceeds that of traditional ISP, allowing HikAI-ISP to recover images with high precision and optimise every detail.
Precise colour correction
Another highlight of ColorVu 3.0 is the 3D LUT technology, which offers precise colour correction and delicate colour matching. It not only improves brightness, but more importantly restores the true colour of objects. Moreover, Hikvision has introduced the innovative AI WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) in ColorVu 3.0, which naturally combines the bright and dark parts of an image. Bright areas are not overexposed and details in dark areas are not lost. The AI WDR also enables the device to automatically determine whether WDR should be switched on or off depending on the brightness of the environment, without manual adjustments.
AcuSense 3.0
With the introduction of AcuSense 3.0, the new cameras simplify video analysis with AcuSearch. This enables image-based video management with just one click, after which the relevant video is immediately displayed, significantly improving search efficiency. In addition, dual upgrades in perimeter security and Motion Detection 3.0 algorithms are better aligned with international applications. These upgrades significantly increase accuracy and effectively reduce false alarms caused, for example, by lights shining on stationary cars at night.
Audio 2.0: Crystal-clear sound with intelligence
In addition to the improvements in image and intelligence, the network cameras with ColorVu 3.0 also offer a new audio experience. The Audio 2.0 offers better sound reception and speaker effects. The dual-microphone design provides excellent noise cancellation, improving voice clarity and enhancing overall sound quality. The integration of a Smart PA speaker extends the sound range, amplifies warning signals and better enables two-way communication. Audio 2.0 allows the cameras to better adapt to larger and more complex scenarios with higher audio requirements.
Motorisation 2.0
In terms of ease of use, the network cameras include revolutionary products, the PTRZ cameras. Featuring a transparent hood design, these cameras are more efficient and safer thanks to motorised adjustments, eliminating manual adjustment and the risk of contamination. Moreover, 5-axis adjustment with supplementary illumination ensures clear images, day and night.
