    Product Description
    The Hikvision DS-7608NXI-K2 Network Video Recorder is an 8-channel Acusense recorder. Acusense is a technology that allows the recorder to recognise and record people and/or vehicles on all connected cameras. This reduces useless recordings such as recordings of leaves blowing around. The recorder has a Hdmi output for connecting a TV or Monitor, a network output for connecting to the network/APP, 2x SATA connection for a Harddisk (not included as standard, select below) IP cameras connected via the network can be recorded on this recorder. (via PoE switch)

    Hikvision AcuSense NVR 8-channel IP camera up to 12MP, person and vehicle classification for motion detection ( MD2.0) on 8 channels, fast target search and 1-channel face recognition. (video stream) or 4-channel on face recognition with photos.

    Use of Hikvision Acusense technology

    • This recorder with Acusense technology can apply Acusense technology to simple cameras.

      For older Hikvision IP cameras and the newer Acusense, this can be useful. So that people or vehicles are recognised for recording and/or push notifications. Normal recorders with simple cameras, for example, cannot distinguish moving trees from people or vehicles, a consequence is that the recorder records a lot of empty recordings. So it is a very helpful technique that helps to target recordings on people and/or vehicles.
