    UTP Balun for video, audio and power.

    UTP Balun is a video balun set which consists of two devices that convert BNC signals to then send them away over a data/UTP cable, at the other end is the other device to convert the signal back to BNC. By installing a 12-volt power supply at the recorder end, the camera also receives power via the UTP cable.

    In addition, the distances that can be achieved for good transmission over UTP cable are many times longer than when using coaxial cable.

    With coaxial cables, in some cases an amplifier has to be used after 100 metres because the image strength is weakened too much.
    With this balunsset you do not have this problem and distances of 400 metres are no problem.
