PFM802 UTP Balun for HD-CVI Dahua video and power
UTP Balun is a video balun set suitable for HD-CVI Dahua coax cameras which consists of two devices that convert BNC signals to then send them over a data/UTP cable, at the other end is the other device to convert the signal back to BNC. By connecting a 12 volt power supply to this device on the recorder side, the camera also receives power via the UTP cable.
In addition, the distances that can be achieved for good transmission over UTP cable are many times longer than when using a coaxial cable.
With coaxial cables, in some cases an amplifier must be used after 100 meters because the image strength has been weakened too much. With this balun set you will not have this problem and distances of 400 meters are no problem.
