Do you want super fast delivery? Monday to Friday ordered before 11 am, delivered in the evening.
If you want to receive your package super fast, select our SameDayDelivery service. If you order on working days before 11 a.m. and all products are in stock at the time of ordering, you will receive your package the same evening. This is usually between 4.30pm and 10pm. Due to crowds or other external factors, it may happen that the promised date or time is not met. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Monday evening. This service is not available if you live on one of the Wadden Islands or outside the Netherlands.
Do you want a fast delivery?
The second option is delivery via DHL. The following applies to DHL deliveries: if you order on working days before 5 p.m., your package will be sent the same day. Then you usually receive the package the next day. Due to crowds or other external factors, the promised delivery date may not be met. Do you want delivery via PostNL? Please indicate this in the comments field.
I would like to pick up the package in the store, is that possible?
Yes, of course! Our store is located: Edisonweg 12 in Gorinchem. You are most welcome to pick up your order from us. When you place an order, you can choose "pick up in the showroom" on delivery. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready.
How much shipping costs do I have to pay?
For the Netherlands : the shipping costs are 6.99 euros. If the order is above 99 euros, we will pay the shipping costs.
For Belgium and Germany : the shipping costs are 9.99 euros. If the order is above 99 euros, we will pay the shipping costs.
For other countries : The shipping costs depend on the country to which the order has to be sent. This is visible after you have entered the address at checkout.
My package has not been delivered, what now?
Once we hand over your package to our delivery services, the delivery services are responsible and will make every effort to deliver each package on time. Unfortunately, it happens that due to crowds or external factors, a package is delivered later. You can use the track and trace to see where the package is. If you have any questions about delivery, it is best to contact the delivery service for which you have chosen. If that doesn't work, you can contact us.
