The device is intended for cooperation with modular video intercoms from Hikvision IP. It can also fulfill the function of a simple alarm center or signaling module by controlling 8 alarm inputs.

The device is fully configurable using the iVMS4200 software. In addition, the device can work with the Hik-Connect application for mobile devices.
