Do you want super-fast delivery? Monday through Friday ordered before 11 a.m., delivered in the evening.

If you want your package delivered super fast, select our SameDayDelivery service. Orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 a.m. and all products are in stock at the time of ordering, you will receive your package the same evening. This is usually between 16.30 and 22.00 am. Due to busyness or other external factors, the promised date or time may not be met. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered Monday evening. This service is not available if you live on one of the Wadden Islands or outside the Netherlands.

The second option is delivery via DHL. For DHL deliveries, if you arrive on weekdays before 17.00 hours, your package will be shipped the same day. Then you will usually have the package the next day. Due to crowds or other external factors, the promised delivery date may not be met. Would you like delivery via PostNL? Please indicate this in the comments field.

I would like to pick up the package at the store, is that possible?

Yes! Our store is located: Edisonweg 12 in Gorinchem. You are welcome to pick up your order from us. When you place an order, you can choose "pick up in showroom" at delivery. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready.

How much shipping costs do I have to pay?

For Netherlands: shipping costs are 6.99 euros. If the order is over 99 euros, we will pay the shipping costs.

For Belgium and Germany: shipping costs are 9.99 euros. If the order is over 99 euros, we will pay the shipping costs.

For other countries: The shipping costs depend on the country, where the order has to be sent to. This is visible, after you enter the address at checkout.

My package has not been delivered, what now?

Once we have turned your package over to our delivery services, the delivery services are responsible and will make every effort to deliver every package on time. Unfortunately, there are times when, due to busyness or external factors, a package is delivered later. You can use the track and trace to see where the package is. If you have questions about delivery, it is best to contact the delivery service, which you have chosen. If that fails, please contact us.
